STRONG KIDS, is a progressive program designed for all athletic abilities in mind! Our goal is to combine fitness and fun in a way that sparks a life-long love for being healthy and fit.
We believe that untapped potential in every child deserves positive energetic coaching. At STRONG KIDS, we believe every child is an athlete which is why we set every child up to win.
We provide a unique opportunity for your child to work hard and see positive results in an energized team environment focused on learning!
Our program simultaneously combines progressive, functional fitness training with the character development needed for success.
We build on strengths and work on weaknesses whether or not your child participates in an organized sport or not. Through foundational movement skills, functional training, and purposeful play, we specialize in not specializing.
Because of the varied nature of exercises and skills incorporated, every child will excel and be challenged by different aspects of the program.
This makes our program suitable for all levels from the non-athlete to the elite performer. We optimize quality of movement using repetition and consistency in a safe, effective environment

Meet The Coaches
Michelle Levitt, MD, CPT
Michelle is uniquely qualified as a physician and fitness professional. She is board certified in both Pediatrics and Obesity Medicine. She has been in practice for over 20 years and now specializes in childhood obesity and weight management. She is an ACE certified personal trainer, ACE certified Youth Fitness Specialist and a certified Revelation Wellness instructor.
She loves to learn and is always striving to be the best she can be so she can help you do the same! She has training and/or past certifications in CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Kids, MetaPower, MetaFit, Tabata bootcamp, Turbo Kick, and Les Mills BodyPump.
She is currently working on becoming an ACE certified Behavior Change Specialist and Precision Nutrition L1 Coach. She is the founder of Dr. Michelle Wellness Solutions LLC (childhood obesity intervention) and co-founder of Crown Wellness LLC (faith-based wellness training).
Michelle is passionate about overall wellness and is committed to bringing you positive, energetic coaching.
Kori Leavers CPT
Kori is well trained with over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise.
In addition she holds multiple speciality certifications including Pilates, Silver Sneakers, Turbo-Kick, Insanity, R.I.P.P.E.D, Body Flow, Spiderfit Kids, Plyoga, and TRX.
Kori's previous experiences with children include creating and designing fitness programs for youth groups at church, leading family fitness classes in the community, and hosting Physical Education classes for homeschooled children. She has also designed and implemented after school fitness programs at various middle schools, and created youth strength and cardio programs for two different fitness facilities.
Kori is passionate about health and fitness and loves helping others become the healthiest version of themselves. She strives to further her education, experiences, and knowledge so she can continue to share her passion of health and fitness with those in our community.
