We offer three levels of service:

Team Training is our most budget friendly package and includes unlimited access to the very best classes we offer! In this setting you’ll be working with one of our certified personal trainers in groups of up to 20!


Not only will you get a safe and effective workout tailored to you but you'll have fun doing it! These classes make health and fitness what it should be.....FUN!!


Team training offers 3 different class types so you’re bound to find one that suits you best!



Foundations classes are exactly as they sound! This is our entry level training program that introduces you to functional fitness training. Fitness is similar to your home in that you first need to establish proper movement and a base layer of conditioning before beginning to build more advanced layers of fitness. With a challenging, full-body program, Foundations will ensure that you avoid injury, make progress, and begin the path to a healthier, happier YOU! Once you’ve established a solid foundation it’s time to start adding those additional layers of fitness!




If you want to get stronger, slimmer and more athletic you need INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH in your life. Working with heavier weights and less reps means more strength without bulk. Industrial strength combines various pieces of training equipment and blends it with modern science to provide you with the fastest path to better strength and conditioning. The bottom line is you’re going to look, feel, and move better than you ever have before!




Many people strength train with weights while others do cardio or aerobics and somewhere in between is AFTERBURN, the ultimate Fat Loss workout. Some of the tools and techniques may seem new to you, but many have been around for over 100 years! Not only can you burn up to 1,000 calories an hour but you will continue to burn fat and calories up to 48 hours after your workout is complete. Hence, the name.....Afterburn.


Small Group Personal Training (2-5 people) is our preferred package because it blends the social aspect of Team Training, with the personalized attention of private training! In fact, our members find that it’s just as good as private training, at a much lower cost! In this setting, we’re able to accommodate anyone regardless of age, injuries or fitness level! This package includes unlimited Team Training so you’ll never be without a trainer.
