Our Mission

Our Cross-Training coaches are committed to creating an atmosphere that is safe, effective, and full of positive energy! But we know it takes more than great coaching and top-notch workouts to get you where you want to go! We think real results are achieved when a community of like-minded individuals is focused on crushing goals together.

Everyday our coaches and members encourage and motivate each other to reach goals and set new ones. We love training with and making new friends each and every day! 

Training with us is more than a journey towards physical fitness, it's an educational experience dedicated to helping you grow mentally strong inside the gym and in life! Let our coaches, and gym family show you there's more to wellness than just a workout. It's a lifestyle! 

The Workouts

Using safe, effective, and efficient movements similar to those you use in everyday life our program works for everyone including people who are just starting out and those who have trained for years.


The workouts are different every day and Intensity levels can be adjusted to challenge the individual while safely improving fitness.

Our workouts can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance.

My name is Joel Harding and I'm the Head Cross Training coach at Route 250 Health & Performance.

I'm a certified ​CF level-1, level-2 trainer and an USAW level-1 weightlifting coach. I'm also a competitive athlete who competes on a national level in both  CrossFit and weightlifting. I love sharing and learning with others any and all knowledge I have. 

I started CrossFit about 8 years ago after I became bored with the same lifting routing day in and day out. After my first CrossFit class I was hooked.


I've spent the last 5 years as a full-time CrossFit and weightlifting coach where I specialize in Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, Gymnastics, and Powerlifting.

I currently teach classes at both Route 250 Health & Performance and Declaration CrossFit.

My name is Brian Preston and I'm the owner of Route 250 Health & Performance.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and many certifications including FMS, PN1, and CF Level-1.

I've owned the gym for a little over 3 years and have been actively training clients and coaching class for over 6 years!

I specialize in movement optimization meaning I help new and existing clients move better. This leads to safer, more effective exercise. 

My advice for the new client would be to focus first on mastering basic movement patterns including squat, hinge, lunge, push, and pull patterns. With proper technique and intensity your body will reward you. Consistency above all else is key! Sometimes all you have to do is show up!!

My name is Jennifer Klopfer and I'm a coach at Route 250 Health & Performance and the owner of Moxie Dance Academy!


I'm a certified CF level-1 and level-2 trainer. I developed a passion for fitness in 2007 when I started doing CrossFit and began coaching classes in 2016.

My advice for the new client would be too take that first step. Don't put it off for "The Next Monday"! There are so many wonderful routes to take your fitness journey on at 250. The staff, trainers, and coaches are ready to walk beside you as you work toward your goals!

I love helping others feel good about themselves. Watching our athletes set goals and helping them reach them is beyond rewarding. The community at Route 250 is incredible!
